A 30% deposit of the total is required to secure your date. The deposit will be applied toward your final balance. Final payment is due 7 days prior to your event.

Tax Exemption Information (if applicable)

Fresco Studios is required to collect sales tax unless a valid tax exemption certificate is provided.

To apply tax exemption, a valid exemption certificate must be provided prior to invoicing. Payment must be made directly by the tax-exempt organization (not an individual’s personal card or account). We will keep the exemption certificate on file for our records.

Our Group Line Dancing Night One price is designed to be affordable for groups who want to step away from the ordinary and routine gathers and have fun solving dancing!

When you book a this experience, you and your group will enjoy:

​

  • A private studio transformed into the perfect setting for clicking boots on a trail ride.

  • A professionally hosted gather with an experience instructor to teach you the moves

  • DJ to bring the ambiance together (DJ Gas$)

  • Themed décor, props, and immersive details that bring your mystery to life.

  • Optional add-ons and enhancements to customize your evening.

All dates are considered available until deposit has been paid.

Package Options

  • Up to 30 people ( 1 hour): $300 per group (at 30 guests, that breaks down to $10/per person)

  • Up to 30 people ( 2 hour): $600 per group (at 30 guests, that breaks down to $20/per person)

Booking & Deposits

After you select your package and guest count, your date will be locked in. All dates remain open until a 30% deposit is received. Dates agreed on by vendors and presented to client are only held for 72 hours. No response from client, date is forfeited. Final payment is due 7 days prior to your event.

  • Parties larger than 20 require a custom upgrade package.

  • Tax exemption is available with valid certification (must be submitted prior to invoicing).
