Is it best to make an appointment?​
Certainly! To schedule an appointment, please use the calendar provided. For same-day appointments, feel free to call the store to check the availability of our welders. Additionally, stay updated with our social media for any announcements regarding parties, pop-ups, or walk-in opportunities on the day.
What if my chain breaks?
Please be aware that permanent jewelry is susceptible to breaking. If this occurs, contact us, and we will gladly re-weld the original chain to the same part of your body free of charge.
What if I have a pacemaker?
Unfortunately you cannot get permanent jewelry if this is the case.
What if I need an MRI?
The item is not magnetic, so won't interfere with an MRI machine. However, if a healthcare provider instructs that you remove it, you can simply snip it off with scissors and opt for re-welding afterwards.

All chains are crafted from 14k gold fill and sterling silver. Although the pieces should not tarnish, they might seem tarnished. However, a simple cleaning will restore their shine.

How long does it take to weld the jewelry on? ​
Creating permanent jewelry takes about 25 minutes including consultation, measurement, cutting, and welding. We ensure a seamless experience while crafting a beautiful piece just for you!
What is the cancellation policy?​
Please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance if necessary. A non-refundable fee of $25 is required when scheduling your appointment. Should you cancel within 24 hours or fail to attend, the deposit is forfeited.
Is it TSA approved?​
Absolutely!! Since the jewelry is composed of 14k gold filled and sterling silver, TSA and other security scans typically do not require its removal.
Can I get it while I am pregnant?
We recommend waiting until after delivery to acquire permanent jewelry, which can then be personalized with your newborn's initials or birthstone.
Can I have a chain re-welded?
Certainly! To arrange an appointment for re-welding your jewelry, please reach out to us. Note that we can re-weld the piece only on the specific part of your body where it was initially placed.
Should you require us to re-weld a piece of jewelry there will be a fee of $10.
